- Child from 2 to 5 years: -40%

- Reduction for children older than 8 years and adults in additional bed (adults): - 10%

- Junior Suite Heidi (3 / 4 persons) double usage: 20,00 € / person / day
- Extra charge for full board service only in summer season: 15,00 €/daily/person
- Indoor parking winter per day: 1 to 3 days 12,00 €, more than 3 days 8,00 €
- Indoor parking summer per day: 1 to 3 days 8,00 €, more than 3 days 4,00 €
- We accept small pets upon request and only in stadard rooms with wooden floor (excluding the winter season): 8,00 Euro per day without food

- Reservations are valid once a deposit of €uro 100,00.- per person has been paid
- The rooms are reserved from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival to 10.00 hrs on the day of departure

Payment:
- You can pay in cash (999,00 Euro is the limit), with EC Card or bank card. We aim to keep our prices stable. In the event of unforeseen economic developments or changes of the VAT rate we have to adapt our prices accordingly
Cancellation policy:
- in line with European standards and in the absence of agreements, We will charge the following fees (% of total stay):
- 30 days before of arrival 0%
- between 29 to 7 days before arrival 50%
- from 7 days prior to arrival 80%
- no show 100%
